The Scriptures teach us that the world is broken and needs a redeemer. At Grace we celebrate the truth that God has provided Jesus Christ to be the world’s Redeemer. He is bringing into the world a new kingdom of righteousness through the hearts of His followers. Those who follow Jesus Christ will receive forgiveness of sin, a renewed spiritual life, and the ongoing presence of God. These blessings are free gifts of God’s grace received by those who turn from their sin and place their trust in Jesus. Jesus won our forgiveness and freedom from sin through His agonizing death on the cross and His resurrection.

     But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ. -Ephesians 2:4
